If you are not satisfied with your candle, simply return the item within 7 days of receipt in the same condition it arrived to you. If the candle is damaged in shipping. It will be remade and reshipped at no additional cost next business day priority mail, upon receipt of damaged candle. Payment must be made through PayPal, via paypal account, major credit card, or bank card. During hot summer months candles are shipped priority mail only to ensure they arrive safely. State of Nevada sales tax 7.375% applied to NV residents. Handling time is up to 5 business days as some candles are made to order. IN STOCK items will be shipped upon payment the following business day. We ship regular USPS mail, or priority mail. During the holidays expected delivery time may be up to two weeks so it is good to order early to ensure that your delivery is received in time.
